Casting is most commonly used to create complex shapes that would otherwise be difficult or uneconomical to make using other means.Metal casting processes has advantages of low-cost production and ease of operation.

Die Casting

Die casting is a method of molding materials by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. Most die castings are made from nonferrous metals especially zinc, copper, and aluminum-based alloys.

Application

Centrifugal Casting

Centrifugal casting is typically used to cast thin-walled cylinders. Centrifugal casting is chiefly used to manufacture stock materials in standard sizes for further machining, rather than shaped parts tailored to a particular end-use.
